Notice to Bid
The Marshfield R-I School District Board of Education is accepting bids for bus fuel services. Bids may be submitted for the 2025-2026 school year. Please send your sealed bid on or before 2:00 p.m., April 13th to the Office of the Superintendent, Marshfield R-I School, 170 State Hwy. DD, Marshfield, MO 65706. The bids will be reviewed at the regularly scheduled April Board Meeting. Notice to Bidders
SEALED BIDS for the Football Stadium &; Baseball Stadium Fields at Marshfield High School, will be addressed to and
be received at: Marshfield R-1 School District, 170 State Highway DD. Marshfield, MO 65706. The project consists of
the installation of a new synthetic turf field and complete drainage base at the existing Football Stadium & Baseball
Stadium. Bids will be received until 2:00pm, CST, Thursday, March 13, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read
aloud at this time.
Clearly identify the outside of the envelope with Stadium/Baseball Turf Field Projects and trade package #’s being
BID: Trade packages include: base drainage, concrete, & Synthetic Turf / Installation
Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Missouri, and other applicable
Missouri statutes, including bonding.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Marshfield R-1 School District is seeking bids for Grounds Mowing Services for the 2025 and 2026 mowing seasons.
Scope of Work: The project includes mowing, trimming, and grounds maintenance for multiple school locations in Marshfield, MO, as detailed in the full Request for Proposal (RFP). Services will be required once every seven (7) days during the growing season (March through October), with adjustments based on weather conditions.

PUBLIC NOTICE
INVITATION FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for MARSHFIELD ATHLETIC FIELD TURF will be received at the Marshfield R-I Central Office until November 20th, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Marshfield R-I Central Office. The Marshfield Athletic Field Turf Project consists of football, softball, and baseball fields.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held November 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Marshfield R-I School District Central Office. This meeting is recommended for all prime bidders and strongly recommended for all subcontractors.

This project is tax-exempt.
