Student safety is a priority at Marshfield Schools! To ensure student safety, we utilize the Student Security Code System. In order for your student to receive changes in his/her after-school plans OR any message at all, per phone call or note, the caller must know the assigned student security code or the note must have the assigned student security code on it. In addition, bus notes must include the student name, bus # and address the student will be traveling to.

Jenni Catron
Hello Families,
My name is Jenni Catron, and I am so excited to be the counselor for Hubble Elementary and the Early Learning Center for the 2023-24 school year! I have been working as a school counselor at Ezard Elementary in Conway, MO for the last three years, and before that, I taught kindergarten and first grade at Hubble Elementary for 6 years. I am looking forward to serving my community once more, and getting to know my students and their families.
My husband, Evan, and I have three children, ages 17, 15, and 10. We have lived in Marshfield our whole lives, and love this community!
As a school counselor, I will have classroom lessons biweekly, which cover topics such as friendships, kindness, bullying prevention, social skills, behavioral expectations, etc. I also conduct small group lessons for students who need help with specific struggles (friendship group, social skills, anger management, anxiety, etc.), as well as short-term individual counseling. I am very open with my families, and will always reach out if I feel that your student would benefit from small group or individual counseling.
I am looking forward to meeting your families, and I know that we are going to have an amazing year! Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have about my program, or to let me know if your child/family is struggling with something that I can help with. My email address is Jennifer.catron@mjays.us.
Thank You!
Jenni Catron

Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures
DROP OFF: To enter Hubble for drop off in the morning, enter the parking and travel along the outer drive. There are two drop off lanes. Please do not let any students out until you get to the awning between Hubble and the ELC. Staff will be there to assist as needed. Staff are not able to buckle or unbuckle your students. We will unload 4-5 cars of Line B (closest to Hubble) students, followed by those cars being released. Then 4-5 cars of Line A students will be unloaded and released. The next set of cars will pull forward once all vehicles have been safely loaded and dismissed. The process will repeat until 7:58 a.m. You may only drop off Hubble students at Hubble. For the safety of our students, please be patient and follow the direction of our staff members directing traffic. Please be mindful of road etiquette and laws as you are entering and exiting our parking lot.
PICK UP: To enter Hubble for pick-up in the afternoon, enter the parking and travel along the outer drive. As you enter the parking lot from Locust you will choose one of the two lanes. A scanner will scan your Kid Account card and check your ID. You may only pick up Hubble students at Hubble. We will load 4-5 vehicles at a time, loading Line B (closest to Hubble) first. After dismissing those 4-5 vehicles, the second row of 4-5 vehicles (Line A) will be loaded and dismissed. The next set of cars will pull forward once all vehicles have been safely loaded and dismissed. For the safety of our students, please be patient and follow the direction of our staff members directing traffic. Please be mindful of road etiquette and laws as you are entering and exiting our parking lot.
DROP-OFF and PICK-UP for families who have students in multiple buildings: ALL students will be dropped off and picked up at their own buildings. This means if you have a child at Hubble, Webster, Shook and/or the ELC, you will need to go through each line. In an effort to reduce traffic congestion at Hubble and Webster, we ask the following; If you have children at both buildings, please go to Hubble first if your last name ends in A-K, then go to Webster. If your last name ends in L-Z, go to Webster first, then to Hubble via Elm, then Bedford or Burford, back to Locust.
