    STUDENT SECURITY CODE SYSTEM

Student safety is a priority at Marshfield Schools! To ensure student safety, we utilize the Student Security Code System. In order for your student to receive changes in his/her after-school plans OR any message at all, per phone call or note, the caller must know the assigned student security code or the note must have the assigned student security code on it. In addition, bus notes must include the student name, bus # and address the student will be traveling to.

Lindsey Baedke

I am a 15-year veteran of the Marshfield School district and was raised in the Marshfield School district.  I knew from the time I was in high school that I wanted to be a counselor.  I received a bachelor’s degree from Hannibal-LaGrange and a masters' degree from MSU.  I have served both Marshfield High School and Hubble Elementary. My husband Jesse and I have 3 children; Jayce, Noah and Ansley.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family attending the many sporting events my boys are involved in and watching football.

Hayley Holtz

I am currently in the School Counseling Master's program at Missouri State University and will be graduating in December of 2022. Being a counselor has always been my dream job. I am grateful to be in this role and I love every second of it. I am passionate about being an advocate for students and supporting them through their academic and personal lives. It is very important for me to create an environment that is welcoming and judgement free for all who come into my office. When I am not at Marshfield High School, you can find me hanging out with friends at local coffee shops in Springfield or going on walks with my dog, Rue. I also love to take weekend trips to see my family who live in Bentonville, Arkansas. Since I am new to Marshfield, I am excited to continue to meet more students, parents and staff!

Amanda Badgett

I am a native of Jefferson City, Missouri.   I am married to Trenton "TAB" Badgett, who is a Corporal with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.  We live in Springfield with our dogs, Herbie and Quincy.  In my spare time I like to travel, read, and run.  I became a school counselor to offer students a safe place to share and work through their challenges and to help them celebrate their successes.  I enjoy working in the Marshfield R-I School District because it has great students and a caring staff who make coming to school every day an adventure.  I hope that my work with my students shows them that they have a support system at school that wants to see them accomplish their goals.
