Fall in Blue Jay Nation

Blue Jay Families,

The 2024-2025 school year is off to a great start! As we welcome the fall season, I’d like to remind you of a few important things. Our school district has so much going on, and we’d love for you and your students to be involved. Please make sure to stay informed by reading the district, building, and classroom newsletters to stay up to date on opportunities to stay connected.

This year, our district will continue focusing on improving student attendance. Attendance plays a critical role in student success, and over the past few years, we’ve noticed a decline. Every missed day of school can impact a student's learning and progress. When students are present, they have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, participate in hands-on activities, and build strong relationships with their peers and teachers. I encourage you to prioritize your child's attendance and make every effort to ensure they are in school on time, every day.

Your support will make a significant positive impact on their educational experience.

Let’s work together to make this school year a masterpiece!

Proud to be a Blue Jay,

Mike Henry
