Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and relaxing environment that encourages cooperative play and enrichment activities designed to meet the needs of students in kindergarten through fifth grade.

Morning JayCare

Grades: Kindergarten–3rd Grade

Locations

• Hubble Elementary – 600 N. Locust
• Webster Elementary – 650 N. Locust

Hours

• No student drop-offs before 7:00 a.m.

Afternoon JayCare

Grades: Kindergarten–5th Grade

Location

• Hubble Elementary – Pick Up Door #12

Hours

• After school until 5:00 p.m.

Important

• Students may not be picked up before 4:00 p.m.
• All students must be picked up by 5:00 p.m. 
• Three late pickups may result in dismissal from the JayCare program.
• Please communicate attendance changes or other important information through the SportsYou app.

Monday JayCare

Grades: Kindergarten–8th Grade

Location

• Webster Elementary
• Check in at FEMA Entrance 8:00 am - 8:15 am
• Check in at Webster Office 8:15 am and later
• Check out at Webster Office
• Three late pickups may result in dismissal from the JayCare program.

Hours

• 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Drop-Off Requirement
Students must be dropped off by 10:00 a.m. to allow for appropriate staffing and food service accommodations.

Eligibility

Enrollment in JayCare is available to students enrolled in kindergarten through fifth grade within the Marshfield R-I School District.

Enrollment in Monday JayCare is available to students enrolled in kindergarten through eigth grade within the Marshfield R-I School District.

The JayCare program does not discriminate in providing services based on race, ethnicity, religion, cultural heritage, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability.

Please Note

• Full-day charges apply regardless of drop-off or pick-up time.
• Payments may be made through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal or by cash or check.
• Students with a negative balance will not be permitted to attend JayCare.

School Closures

JayCare is not available:

• During school closures due to inclement weather
• During scheduled school closures, including holidays.

If school dismisses early because of inclement weather, Afternoon JayCare will not be available.

Student Expectations

Students participating in JayCare are expected to:

• Be Safe
• Be Respectful
• Be Responsible

Students are expected to follow the behavioral expectations outlined in the PK–5 Elementary Student Handbook.

If a student fails to meet these expectations, one or more of the following consequences may occur:

• Warning
• Restriction from activities or privileges
• Parent/guardian contact
• Temporary removal from the program
• Permanent removal from the program

Students should not bring personal technology devices, toys, games, or similar items to JayCare unless prior approval has been granted.

Three discipline write ups will result in dismissal from the program for the remainder of the school year.

Health Information

Parents or guardians should notify the school nurse or principal of any medical condition that:

• May require emergency medical services
• Could interfere with the student's participation
• Requires accommodations during the school day or JayCare

Students requiring medical accommodations must have a current statement from a licensed medical provider on file each school year.

In the event of an illness or emergency, JayCare staff will make every reasonable effort to contact a parent or guardian. If necessary, staff will contact emergency medical personnel.

Parent Acknowledgement

By submitting the JayCare enrollment form, parents or guardians acknowledge that they have reviewed these policies with their child and agree to follow the procedures outlined in the JayCare Policies and Procedures Guide.
