1. Get Your Missouri Substitute Certificate

Pay a $50 processing fee

Follow the steps in the Educator Certification System Help Guide
2. Send Your Transcripts

Mail original transcripts (no scans or copies) to:
Educator Certification, P.O. Box 480, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0480 -
Include your Social Security Number or Educator ID
3. Don’t Have 60 College Credit Hours?

4. Fingerprint & Background Check

Register at: www.machs.mo.gov
