Physical Education Excuse Information

Please send a request to the health services staff if your child needs to be excused from physical education. Written instructions are required from the student's medical provider if the student is to be excused. Instructions must include a re-entry date and any restrictions or accommodations.

Students returning to school after injury, including concussion and/or surgery with crutches, wheelchairs, casts or slings should present a physician release to return to school along with a written request for any necessary modifications or accommodations.
