Assessment Principles
This document, produced by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, outlines high-quality summative assessment principles for ELA/Literacy and Mathematics. These principles are aligned with college- and career-readiness standards, which, when properly implemented, help prepare students for success after graduation.
