The Marshfield R-1 School District is accepting sealed bids for surplus items, including:

• Commercial kitchen mixers

• Surplus turf

Turf bidding will be limited to two bids only:

• The highest bidder will choose one-half of the turf.

• The second-highest bidder will receive the remaining half.

The Marshfield R-1 School District is accepting sealed bids for LED lighting upgrades to athletic fields, including softball, football, baseball, and soccer lights, along with new baseball poles and crossarms.

The Marshfield R-1 School District is requesting sealed bids for asphalt repair, sealing, striping, overlay, patching, and drainage work at both the East and West Campus locations. Project scope includes work across various drives, bus lanes, parking areas, and sport court installation.

The Marshfield R-1 School District is seeking proposals from qualified collection agencies to provide services for the recovery of outstanding debts owed to the District. The goal of this request is to identify a professional, effective, and cost-conscious vendor that prioritizes respectful service while helping the District recover unpaid balances.

The District will submit accounts with supporting documentation and expects clear, timely reporting on collection efforts.

Debtors—not the District—will be responsible for any and all collection fees associated with the recovery process. All proposals must clearly outline the agency’s fee structures and collection practices. Cost to patrons will be a key factor in the District’s selection process.

As part of their response, agencies must indicate whether they are willing and able to pursue legal remedies when necessary, including filing in court and pursuing wage garnishment or other enforceable judgments in accordance with applicable laws. Proposals should describe the agency’s approach to legal collection efforts, as well as any associated costs or procedures.

Proposals will also be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Cost to patrons and fee structure
   
• Agency experience and references
   
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
   
• Customer service and communication practices
   
• Annual effectiveness, which the District will review regularly to determine continued service
   

All proposals should be submitted as soon as possible, as the District would like to present information to the Board of Education at the August meeting.
